Description du poste :
Your Main Missions & Responsibilities :
As Head of Marketing at iObeya, you will contribute to our growth strategy with a strong focus on acquiring qualified leads. You will lead a team of six people and ensure coordination between the marketing, sales, and product teams. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on data, SEO / SEA, and multichannel go-to-market.
Your main responsibilities include :
Strategy (in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team) :
* Co-design the global marketing strategy, roadmap and go-to-market focused on industrial customers and aligned with growth objectives.
* Contribute to brand and product positioning.
* Define and manage the Marketing budget.
Marketing Plan Development & Execution :
1. Define and lead the strategy for lead generation, partner acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts.
2. Design, deploy, oversee, and optimize multichannel and ABM campaigns (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Content, Events, Webinars).
3. Implement tools and processes for a data-driven approach : KPIs, ROI, CAC, lead attribution
4. Manage the marketing budget, external providers (freelancers, agencies), and automation tools.
5. Oversee and participate content creation and ensure consistency with market positioning.
6. Lead the websites evolution, ensuring an effective customer journey.
Team Management & Cross-functional collaboration :
7. Coordinate and oversee marketing operations internationally (mainly Europe and the USA).
8. Manage the marketing team, including a creative studio, marketing operation, marketing product and market research.
9. Define and adapt processes and organization.
10. Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Profil recherché :
This role is for you if you have :
11. At least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including 5+ years focused on growth marketing and lead generation.
12. Proven expertise in SaaS go-to-market strategies with a multichannel ABM approach (inbound, SEO / SEA, events, social media, content, etc.).
13. Strong writing skills in both French and English.
14. A solid understanding of the U.S. market.
15. Confirmed experience as a team leader.
16. Full professional proficiency in English.
17. A strategic, structured, rigorous, and hands-on mindset.
18. Bonus : Knowledge of Lean / Operational Excellence and Manufacturing / Industry 4.0.
