Project Manager (Chargé d’affaires) in Electrical Engineering for Data Centers.
This involves construction projects for Data Centers located in France or across Europe.

Your Daily Adventure:
Reporting to the Division Industries of Processes - Data Center and under the responsibility of the Director/Manager of Data Center activities, you will manage the technical, human, and financial aspects of our project (€10-30M) in electrical engineering, including High and Low Voltage (HT and BT), Building Security (Access Control, Video Surveillance), and Fire Detection/Extinction (DI, CMSI, gas extinguishing).
You will oversee the project from study to final acceptance, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met. Your main responsibilities include:
* Managing client needs analysis and project takeover.
* Leading and ensuring technical, administrative, organizational, and financial aspects are handled properly.
* Organizing operational execution and managing deadlines and schedules.
* Coordinating study, construction, and commissioning teams.
* Monitoring budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
* Leading commissioning and testing phases for CFO and CFA installations.
* Managing non-conformities, modifications, and their resolution.
* Developing and maintaining client and project partner relationships.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental rules on-site.
What You Bring to the Team:
You hold a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in electrical engineering and have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
You are proficient in managing large projects, planning, organizing, and overseeing technical and financial aspects.
Experience in Data Centers or industrial environments is appreciated.
You possess strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, commercial aptitude, and team management capabilities.
Fluent written and spoken English is required.
