Missions principales

1. Contribuer à l’analyse, la rédaction et la négociation de contrats commerciaux, en français et en anglais
2. Participer au suivi des dossiers de précontentieux et contentieux en cours
3. Réaliser des recherches juridiques sur différentes problématiques
4. Rédiger des notes et consultations juridiques
5. Apporter un soutien aux juristes dans le cadre de leurs missions quotidiennes

Process de recrutement : Le processus de recrutement se déroule en 2 étapes : 1/ Une première rencontre par téléphone avec la chargée de développement RH afin de vous présenter Vallourec et d’échanger sur votre parcours et vos motivations. 2/ Un deuxième entretien en visioconférence ou dans nos locaux avec le manager direct. Mission context (Team, technical environment, etc.)

The intern will join the Legal Department, more specifically the Operations and Contracts team, which is composed of five lawyers. The team’s mission is to provide legal support to the Sales and Procurement teams, as well as to contribute to strategic matters for the Vallourec Group. The intern will report to the Head of the Operations and Contracts team.

Mission
31. Contribute to the analysis, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, in both French and English
32. Participate in the follow‑up of ongoing pre‑litigation and litigation cases
33. Carry out legal research on various topics
34. Draft legal notes and legal opinions
35. Provide support to the legal team in their day‑to‑day activities
Required Skills and Training (Language, technical, soft skills, etc.) Essential :
