At Javelot, we are convinced that technology is a source of progress for agriculture. We are an agricultural company (#AgriTech) whose ambition is to become the leader in the digital transformation of post-harvest. 🌾

Our priority is to support our customers (cooperatives, agricultural traders, farmers) in their transition to zero insecticide storage, to enable them to consume less energy and even to optimize their logistics flows! In short, our mission is to make the post-harvest process simpler, more efficient and more responsible!

To achieve this, we have developed two digital solutions:

* Store&Save, a grain stock hypervision and thermometry platform

* Plan&Save, an agricultural supply chain management platform

Our team of more than 80 employees, based in France, Germany and throughout Europe, enables more than 2,000 users to manage no less than 20 million tonnes of cereals worldwide. In this context of strong growth, Javelot is constantly looking for polyglot professionals to join our CSM team.


Missions

As part of our Customer Success Management team, you will be responsible for supporting our users through a number of tasks :

* Train all our new users on our different tools and platforms ;

* Respond to incoming issues with quick and relevant solutions;

* Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot's solutions and products;

* Provide follow-up and support to our users through several specialized and adapted communication tools;

* Actively participate in the structuring of the customer department (formalization, implementation of new tools);

* Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot solutions and products;

* Meet with users on an ad hoc basis to strengthen relationships and ties;


Profile

* With a degree in business/marketing or engineering, you have at least three years' experience in customer management.

* You are fluent in Danish and German, another European language is a plus.

* You believe in teamwork, and the results you achieve are the source of your motivation.

* You have strong managerial and project management skills.

* You have a strong experience in a fast-growing company (SaaS is a plus).

* Proactive, responsive, and bold, you are able to adapt to a changing and rapidly evolving environment.
