Your opportunity

As Digital Services Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and deploying Sidel’s next-generation digital services. You will work across functions – with R&D, marketing, program management, and sales – to ensure Evo-On evolves in line with market expectations and service strategy.Designing and implementing a new business model for Evo-On services.


Your Mission

⦁ Define and implement the business model for Evo-On as a service-focused digital product.

⦁ Structure and develop a standard performance solution targeting both internal users and external customers.

⦁ Identify product evolutions aligned with services strategy and customer needs.

⦁ Position Evo-On as a core digital services offering, with a clear value proposition for the market.

⦁ Collaborate with the Digital Product team and Program Management to plan implementation and deployment.

⦁ Monitor product performance: adoption, sales, revenue, and customer feedback.

⦁ In partnership with the Services Marketing team:

- Conduct market analysis and assess growth opportunities.
- Build the financial model, including pricing and business case.
- Define and drive go-to-market strategy and promotional activities.

⦁ Support internal stakeholders, especially the Services and Sales teams, in promoting digital adoption and connectivity.

⦁ Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and digital innovations to guide product roadmap.


Your Profile

You hold a degree in Engineering or Business Administration and bring proven experience in product management, ideally within digital services, SaaS, industrial automation, or IoT environments.
With strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, you combine a hands-on mindset with the ability to deliver results.
You’re a natural communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams.Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
