Proposed missions

Within ATRs Quality Department, you will join the Customer Support Quality team and particularly the team responsible for APRT 145 and CAMO approvals management. This teams mission is to act as the compliance and safety interface for the Customer Services & Support department. The main mission of this internship will be to improve and develop communication channels to promote Quality Support in the frame of maintenance and airworthiness environment.


Activities

* Revoir et améliorer les indicateurs et le reporting existants / Review and improve existing indicators and reporting.
* Créer des outils d’analyse sur la récurrence des problématiques remontées / Create analytical tools for recurring issues.
* Développer d’autres moyens de communication pour promouvoir l’activité qualité support / Develop other communication tools to promote quality support activities.


Profile

* Formation Bac +4/5.
* Connaissances / compétences en qualité et outils de communication.
* Maîtrise avancée des outils de bureautique (notamment Excel et Powerpoint).
* Dynamisme, rigueur et aisance relationnelle.
* Compétences linguistiques : anglais intermédiaire minimum, français courant.


Calendar

Starting date: January 2026. Duration: 6 months.
