For one our clients, a large Banking group, we are looking for an IT Support Helpdesk.
Your role :
- Provide amazing day to day hardware and software technical support for our employees
- Handle all the onboarding and offboarding, this will include preparing access to all platforms and preparation of devices (both Windows and Apple) across all employees and all Shift locations
- Assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and services used within Shift
- Handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation
- Manage the internal Windows App (Intune) Store
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Support unified communications need for Shift employees in conference rooms and other common areas
- Create and maintain internal and user facing documentation
- Participate in deployment and security related projects
