Our Logistics department relies on several essential software solutions for both daily operations and during major sporting event production. We are looking for someone who can ensure our teams use these tools correctly and efficiently. You will be the reference person for questions, training, and management of processes and data.
These tools include:
* Atlas - Our main system for controlling and administering on-site personnel during events, tracking both internal employees and freelancers in large-scale operations
* Flex Office - Managing staff distribution between on-site and remote work
* Various event logistics management platforms are essential to our operations
🤝 Your Responsibilities
Tool Management and Development 🛠
* Monitor and guide the proper use of our operational management tools (Atlas, WeTrack, Genesis)
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides
* Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support
* Extract and analyze data to generate relevant reports
Operational Excellence 📊
* Coordinate team presence on-site by managing flex office arrangements
* Supervise the team activity reporting process
* Support the development and implementation of best practices
* Monitor and resolve technical issues
Cross-team Collaboration 🤝
* Serve as a liaison between Logistics teams and PMO (Project Management Office)
* Support system updates and implementation of new features
* Provide support and training to users across all departments
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
