Want to be part of the team that brings major sporting events to life? Our Production Department is looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our global operations. You'll be working behind the scenes of some of the world's biggest sporting events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.
đ€ Your Responsibilities
Production Support & Organization
* Coordinate various production activities across multiple projects
* Organize and maintain project documentation and briefings
* Support workflow development and organizational structures
Team & Event Coordination
* Schedule and coordinate staff for events
* Organize pre-event briefings and documentation
* Liaise with all HBS departments and sub-contractors
Administrative Excellence
* Assist with budget tracking and cost control
* Process purchase orders and invoices
* Maintain and update production documentation
đ„ For this Job you Must:
* Have experience as Production Coordinator/Assistant (preferably in sports)
* Be fluent in English with strong MS Office skills
* Be willing to travel for long-term assignments

Professional Background
* Production coordination experience
* Sports/tournament experience is a plus
* Understanding of production documentation (running orders, cue sheets, call sheets)
Technical Skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience with production-related paperwork
* Ability to handle multiple project management tools
Personal Qualities
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent attention to detail
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Adaptable and open to evolving procedures
* Comfortable with hybrid working (min. 3 days office-based)
* Willing to travel for extended periods
