As Assistant SEO & Content at Beev, your mission is to help us grow our organic traffic and lead generation through impactful content. You'll write and optimize content that ranks, manage a small team of freelance writers, and contribute to our broader SEO strategy. Reporting to the Head of SEO & Content, you'll BE part of a dynamic marketing team working to electrify Europe.

This role is perfect for someone who loves writing, is eager to learn SEO, and wants to gain hands-on experience in both content creation and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & SEO Optimization
- Write original blog posts, whitepapers, tesminonials, landing pages, and infographics
- Perform keyword research and optimize existing content to improve SEO performance
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, CTR, time on page) and recommend improvements

Freelance Management & Coordination
- Brief and manage freelance writers to scale content production
- Source and onboard new freelancers when needed
- Ensure timely delivery, review feedback, and validate final versions

Support on SEO & Link Building Strategy
- Contribute to content calendars and SEO roadmaps
- Identify backlink opportunities and help build partnerships
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Social Media teams to align content efforts
