YOUR ROLE:
As the Global Payroll Program Lead, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and defining a payroll system streamlining roadmap across our global operations. You will work closely with various Group corporate functions, including Procurement, Legal, HRIS, IT, and Cyber Security, to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Your role will involve:
* Identify Opportunities & Define Roadmap:
-Streamline payroll systems across 140+ countries
-Develop and implement a comprehensive payroll system roadmap
* Collaboration with Group Corporate Functions:
-Define functional and technical prerequisites (Cyber Security, Data Protection Officer)
-Develop an integration model with Core HR solutions and Finance systems
-Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
-Identify preferred providers per geography with appropriate service levels and escalation processes
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Build Efficient Organization:
-In collaboration with regional HR propose and establish relevant organization
-Define quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Animate Internal Payroll Expert Network:
-Implement payroll project governance best practices
-Contribute to compliance and fraud prevention efforts
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Extensive experience in managing multi-country payroll and time attendance systems
* Expertise in handling complex payrolls in countries such as France, Germany or Switzerland
* Experience in/with Latin America and/or Asia is highly desirable
* Proven track record of managing payroll migration and rollout projects
* Experience with both internal and externalized payroll organizations
* Knowledge of leading payroll providers such as ADP, UKG, and BIPO or Papaya Global
* Fluent in English and French
* The job can be located in Paris or in Marseille
