* Construire progressivement votre posture de formateur, avec de l’autonomie et du soutien
* Travailler en lien avec les équipes R&D, production, service, marketing

Idéal si vous voulez sortir du terrain pur tout en restant très technique.




Votre impact:
Après une phase d’intégration et de montée en compétences, vous serez amené(e) à :
* Animer des formations techniques (présentiel, distanciel, pratique)
* Participer à l’amélioration continue des supports et contenus de formation
* Accompagner les apprenants dans leur progression
* Recueillir les retours et mesurer l’efficacité des formations
* Intervenir ponctuellement sur site client si nécessaire

After an onboarding and skills-development phase, you will:
* Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, online, and hands-on)
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and content
* Support learners in their technical progression
* Collect feedback and assess training effectiveness
* Occasionally deliver training on customer sites when required

You won’t be on your own: training programs already exist and will evolve with you.
