Votre action aura un impact direct sur la disponibilité des équipements, la continuité de production et la sécurité des opérations. En orchestrant efficacement la maintenance préventive et corrective, vous contribuerez à réduire les pannes, optimiser les coûts, améliorer la fiabilité des installations et soutenir la croissance de l'activité. Votre capacité à intervenir sur le terrain, à guider les techniciens et à structurer les processus fera de vous un acteur clé de la stabilité et de la compétitivité de notre outil industriel. \LI-AG1 What You'll Be Doing Planifier, prioriser et coordonner les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective. Participer activement aux opérations techniques : diagnostic, dépannage, remise en service. Superviser les interventions internes et externes en garantissant sécurité, qualité et conformité. Gérer les prestataires, le stock maintenance et les ressources nécessaires aux interventions. Analyser les pannes récurrentes et proposer des actions d'amélioration continue. What We're Looking For Bac2 en Maintenance, Electrotechnique ou équivalent (CQPM apprécié). Habilitations électriques B2V BR BC et autorisations de conduite (nacelle, chariot). Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle, avec une forte pratique terrain. Une première expérience en coordination ou animation technique est un atout.
