As part of its transformation from an SME into an ambitious European group, the company aims to become the European leader in digital communication by 2027, with a target revenue of €100 million. Since 2018, the company has grown through the acquisition of competitors in several European countries, including Germany, Italy, and Poland. MAIN MISSIONS International Leadership & Expansion Define and lead the group’s international HR strategy Support and structure the group on a global HR level Structuring & Analytical Vision Define and structure key HR KPIs, HR budgets, and financial forecasts at group level Play a key role in financial planning, HR budgeting, and cost optimisation Analyse and assess the financial impact of HR strategies on business performance Team Management Lead a team of 15 HR professionals, including 5 direct reports Manage a distributed international team: 4 in France 6 in Poland 4 in Germany 1 Payroll Specialist Strategic Contribution to the Executive Committee (COMEX) Act as a strategic member of the Executive Committee, with a strong focus on HR financial efficiency and group policies Handle complex human and leadership matters, including senior compensation topics and the management of strong personalities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Global HR Management & Coordination Coordinate HR leaders across countries to align HR practices and policies Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee NPS Structure and harmonise salary grids, career paths, and incentive schemes across the group HR Policy Development & Implementation Lead initiatives related to social responsibility and ESG topics (RSE, ESG, ISR, etc.) Adapt and strengthen the corporate culture in line with new ways of working Design and deploy training and development programs for top management and employees Analysis & Reporting Set up and monitor key HR performance indicators: personnel costs, revenue per employee, turnover, tenure, etc. Ensure strong visibility on individual and collective performance management DESIRED PROFILE Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in an international context Background in the technology sector, preferably Marketing Technology and/or SaaS Strong leadership and strategic HR capabilities, with solid organisational development experience Strong understanding of the financial dimensions of HR, with the ability to link HR strategy to business performance Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with tact and diplomacy at executive level ⚠️ Important: Although our client is a French company, native-level French is not required. However, a high level of English is mandatory.
