We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) with strong ITSM, AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage), and ATF (Automated Test Framework) experience.


* Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst & ServiceNow Functional Consultant.
* Start Date: ASAP/Flexible -2026
* Contract Duration: 12 months (renewal possible)
* Location: Anywhere in France, 100% Remote
* Language: French (Fluent), English (Business Fluent)


Must-Have Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
* Experience creating and executing tests with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
* Investigate failed ATF tests and collaborate with developers for resolutions.
* Propose improvements to ITSM processes based on best practices (ITIL).
* Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
