WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
* Develop and implement the marketing strategy in line with the company’s commercial policy and objectives.
* Design and manage marketing action plans (promotion, communication, digital, events, trade shows, etc.) to increase the visibility and attractiveness of CMA CGM’s offerings.
* Develop and improve marketing tools (catalogs, flyers, digital supports, website, etc.) and ensure their regular updates.
* Lead a team of two employees, ensuring their motivation, professional development, and task allocation.
* Maintain continuous marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and requirements in coordination with digital marketing and communication department
Working Relationships
* Internal: Commercial management, product teams, sales force, communication, IT, general management.
* External: Clients, communication agencies, partners, service providers.
Objectives and Expected Results
* Strengthening CMA CGM’s brand awareness and image.
* Optimization of the customers conversion through impactful marketing campaign
* Development of customer engagement and loyalty
* Effective management and motivation of the marketing team composed of two people.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
* Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing, ecommerce, business
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing, with significant team management experience, ideally in the maritime, logistics, or international sector.
* Mastery of marketing techniques and tools (market research, CRM, digital marketing, data analysis, multichannel communication).
* Ability to analyze, synthesize, and leverage quantitative and qualitative data.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
* Proven leadership and experience managing a small team (minimum 2 people).
* Customer service orientation, rigor, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in office and IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, digital tools), fluent English required, additional languages are a plus.
* Creativity and initiative.
