ITA : MISSION PRINCIPALE

• L 'ingénieur participera à un projet de recherche financé axé sur de nouveaux régulateurs dans l'obésité et le diabète

_• The engineer will be participating in a funded research project focused on a new regulator in obesity and diabetes._

ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES ACTIVITIES MAIN

• Définir l'ensemble cohérent de techniques de la biologie nécessaires à la réalisation expérimentale du projet

• Traiter les données (analyser, interpréter et valider les résultats)

_• Main techniques to be performed: cell culture, western blot, RT-qPCR, cell signaling, confocal microscopy, histology _

_• Define the coherent set of biological techniques required for the experimental execution of the project_

_• Process the data (analyze, interpret, and validate the results) _

SPÉCIFICITÉ(S) ET ENVIRONNEMENT DU POSTE JOB SPECIFICATION(S) AND ENVIRONMENT

• L'équipe est internationale et composée de 20 membres (chercheurs permanents, ingénieurs, post-doctorants, doctorants et étudiants de Master 2).

_• The team is international and composed of 20 members (permanent researchers, Enginieers, postdoctoral fellows, PhD students and M2 students)_

CONNAISSANCES EXPERTISE

• Expertise en biologie cellulaire, culture de cellules de mammifères, physiologie

_• Expertise in cell biology, mammalian cell culture, physiology_

SAVOIR-FAIRE KNOW-HOW

• Expérience dans l'analyse de l'expression génique par RT-qPCR, la détection de protéines par western blot et immunofluorescence.

• Expérience en imagerie microscopique (confocale).

• Une expérience de base en expérimentation sur souris n'est pas requise mais serait appréciée.

• Une expérience en culture primaire d'adipocytes serait apprécié.

_• Experience in analysis of gene expression by RT-qPCR, detection of protein by western-blot and by immunofluorescence. _

_•Experience in microscopy imaging (confocal) _

_•Experience in basic mouse experimentation is not required but would be appreciated •Experience in primary culture of adipocytes would be appreciated_
