Votre mission
LHH, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, évaluation, management de transition et intérim spécialisé, recherche pour son client, société spécialisée dans la fabrication de lignes d'ensachage et palettisation un Technicien SAV itinérant H/F en CDI.
Main job functions:
• Supervise the assembly and commissioning of machines and packaging lines at the client’s facilities, organizing available personnel and material resources, whether provided by the company or by the client.
•Make the necessary adjustments to achieve the contractual performance.
•Report any incidents detected during assembly and commissioning. Prepare follow-up reports.
•Determine when the installation is ready for acceptance tests and carry them out according to the criteria agreed with the client or specified in the order.
•Train the client's personnel upon completion of the commissioning process.
•Perform maintenance visits, scheduled inspections, and calibrations at the client’s facilities, according to the department’s planning.
•Verify the correct operation of the bagging, palletizing, and wrapping machines and lines during the final testing phase at our facilities before delivery to the end customers, following the company’s and verification manager’s established criteria.
Votre profil
Skills and requirements for the position:
•Vocational Training – Intermediate or Advanced Degree in technical fields (electricity, electronics, robotics, mechanics, or similar).
•Well-organized individual.
Strong communication skills with clients and team members from the department and other areas.
•Open and team-oriented person, with a collaborative attitude toward colleagues in other areas.
•Ability to work methodically and follow established procedures.
•Critical thinking with a drive for improvement.
•Focus on well-executed work and delivering the highest quality service to the client.
•Ability to understand diagrams and instructions for machine assembly and adjustment.
•Proficient in interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams and schematics.
•Experience in diagnosing and solving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
•Proficient in office software.
•A strong command of French and German is essential; English is a positive plus.
•Other language skills are a plus.
•Willingness to travel regularly to client facilities in the North France, Benelux, West Germany, and other neighboring countries if only necessary.
•Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role will be regarded (technical and international skills).

Other relevant information:
•The technician will be integrated into the Technical After-Sales team.
•The position will report to the International Technical Service Manager based in Spain.
•Compensation will be adjusted based on previous experience in the same position and the company’s salary scale.
•All travel expenses will be covered by the company, with no need for upfront payments.
