Les principales missions du Représentant Service et Soutien aux Opérations Aéroportuaires sur le site de Roissy Charles de Gaulle sont:

-Gérer les appels, courriels internationaux et réclamations
-Travailler en équipes, en rotation horaires et de postes
-Assurer l'interface entre les services Opérationnels, les Ventes, les services clientèles au niveau mondial pour apporter des solutions opérationnelles.
- Garantir une expérience client de haut niveau


The main responsibilities of the Airport Operations Service and Support Representative at the Roissy Charles de Gaulle site are:

-Handling international calls, emails, and complaints
-Working in teams with rotating shifts and positions
-Acting as an interface between Operational Services, Sales, and global Customer Service teams to provide operational solutions
-Ensuring a high-level customer experience

-Travail en rotation jour/nuit, samedi, dimanche et jours fériés.
-Français + Anglais lu/parlé/écrit impératif
-Expérience souhaitée en service / relation clients / Services litiges / Services après-vente dans un context opérationel.

-Capacité à agir sur le terrain, au contact des équipes opérationnnelles de tri

-Capacité à manipuler des colis et/ou conduite de matériels de manutention

-Permis B obligatoire

-Work in rotating shifts (day/night), including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

-Fluent in French and English (reading, speaking, writing) is mandatory

-Previous experience in customer service, claims management, or after-sales support within an operational environment is preferred

-Ability to work in direct contact with operational sorting teams

-Ability to handle packages and/or operate handling equipment

-Valid driver’s license (Category B) required
