About the job

Prism is a key product within these assets : IT is our internal solution of Marketing Mix Modeling & Budget Allocation Optimization. Prism empowers our organization with an in-house solution, customized to our specificities, that runs at the scale of all of Sanofi to perform Marketing Mix Modeling analyses over the whole footprint of our operations.

The solution is composed of 3 different types of components : Data Engineering to collect all of the data, Data Science to run the analyses themselves, as well as the Optimization Engine that powers the budget allocation optimizations, and a team of full stack web developers. IT is already deployed and widely adopted within Sanofi by internal users, typically Advanced Analytics teams comprised of MMM specialists as well as Data Analysts and Data Scientists.

The upcoming challenges for Prism are mainly to reach even further scale across the organization, with a focus on the US, while keeping a strong engagement of our current users and deliver significant technical improvements.

As a Product Owner, you will BE a leader, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize features that drive adoption and impact
- Lead backlog management and refinement, balancing new features with technical debt requirements
- Collaborate daily with the cross-functional delivery team, providing clarity and removing obstacles
- Represent the product to users, executives, potentially occasionally at external events, showcasing Prism's capabilities and value
- Drive continuous product discovery initiatives to improve the platform based on user feedback and maintain a strong collaborative momentum with users and stakeholders
- Champion the scaling of Prism across the global organization, with particular focus on US market expansion

About you

You'll have significant experience in Product management building complex digital solutions, ideally with exposure to data analytics platforms, with a strong analytical mindset. As well as experience of :
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with ability to translate business needs into product requirements
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Product Management practices
- Technical curiosity and understanding of data concepts. Prior experience in development and/or prototyping is a plus
- Data Science background, including notions in statistical regressions such as bayesian regressions is a plus

You'll also need the following skills and qualifications :
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
- Track-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
