Mission Summary

As we are preparing to launch our B2C e-commerce website for watches and jewelry, we are looking for a motivated intern to support our digital operations.

You will work closely with the brand and digital team to help manage our Shopify store, upload products, maintain product data accuracy, and contribute to the overall online customer experience.

* Launch of our Shopify-based e-commerce store
* Upload and update product listings (descriptions, prices, images, categories)
* Support product catalog management and quality control of content
* Monitor product availability and assist in inventory updates
* Coordinate with the marketing/branding team to ensure visual consistency
* Assist in competitive research and basic data entry for website improvement
* Assist in the proofreading and QA of online product content in English and/or French



Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong interest or initial experience in B2C e-commerce or digital retail
* Prior experience with Shopify back-office
* Solid understanding of product content management and customer-centric presentation
* Basic understanding of SEO for product pages
* High attention to detail and ability to proofread product data carefully
* Basic image editing skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) are helpful
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Passion for watches and jewelry; Familiarity with fashion/luxury industry tone and vocabulary is a plus



Qualifications

* You are a master student, available for a duration of 6 months internship.
* Well organized, proactive, and a good communicator
* Proficiency in Shopify, Google Sheets/ Excel, Canva, and basic e-commerce tools (e.g., Klaviyo, SEO, product upload apps).
* Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
