After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve the labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI.

đ Your Mission
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will own the entire marketing lifecycle from brand positioning and product messaging to demand generation and partner engagement.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Partnerships to shape how HrFlow.ai is presented to the world, while directly supporting pipeline generation and product adoption. Your mission is to build a high-impact marketing engine that drives awareness, accelerates sales cycles, and establishes HrFlow.ai as the category-defining within the HrTech space.
đ Responsibilities
* Own and lead the full marketing scope, including brand, content, product marketing, and demand generation.
* Define and evolve HrFlow.aiâs positioning, messaging, and narrative across all channels and audiences.
* Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and market awareness.
* Create and manage content assets: website, blog, case studies, sales decks, newsletters, and webinars.
* Partner with Sales on outbound campaigns, account-based marketing, and event strategies.
* Work closely with Product to support go-to-market launches, feature releases, and customer education.
* Track and analyze marketing performance across the funnel, and continuously optimize for impact.
* Manage external partners (designers, agencies, PR) and build a scalable internal marketing team.
đŻ About You - Must Have
* 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or HRTech, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proven ability to build and scale marketing programs in a startup or scale-up.
* Strong content and product marketing instincts: you know how to turn complex ideas into simple narratives.
* Strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
* Analytical mindset: you measure what matters and use data to drive decisions.
* Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams in fast-paced environments.
* Experience managing external partners and scaling marketing teams.

* Previous experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy or internal strategy team.
* Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their real-world applications.
* Experience in change management and digital transformation programs.
