Votre mission

Dans un environnement industriel exigeant et en forte interaction avec les équipes techniques et commerciales, vous prenez la responsabilité du pilotage des études techniques contractuelles et de l’optimisation des solutions clients.

Votre objectif : garantir la livraison de solutions fiables, conformes aux engagements contractuels, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration continue et à l’optimisation de notre offre produit.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que manager d’une équipe technique, vous :

1. Pilotez l’activité d’études techniques liées aux contrats clients, dans le respect des délais de production
2. Supervisez et développez votre équipe (animation, performance, montée en compétences)
3. Garantissez la qualité et la fiabilité des études techniques
4. Optimisez la charge de travail et l’organisation du service
5. Contribuez à la satisfaction client en assurant des délais de réponse alignés avec les standards de service
6. Analysez et structurez les demandes spécifiques clients (déviations techniques)
7. Identifiez les récurrences et contribuez à leur standardisation ou à leur intégration dans l’offre produit
8. Assurez le suivi et la gestion de la documentation contractuelle
9. Collaborez étroitement avec les équipes industrialisation, production, supply chain et finance
10. Participez activement aux démarches d’amélioration continue et aux standards EHS

Votre profil

11. Formation ingénieur ou équivalent (ou Bac+2 avec solide expérience)
12. Expérience confirmée (5 à 10 ans) dans un environnement technique / industriel
13. Expérience managériale réussie
14. Solides compétences techniques (mécanique / électrique idéalement)
15. Capacité à piloter des activités complexes en environnement matriciel
16. Sens de l’organisation, réactivité et rigueur
17. Forte orientation client et amélioration continue
18. Anglais professionnel

Une connaissance du secteur ascenseur ou d’un environnement industriel complexe est un plus.
