Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
* Experience as a HRSD business Analyst for ServiceNow implementation projects and AMS
* Strong understanding and experience of core HR processes and workflows .
* Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD application and configuration.
* Prior extensive HRSD implementation experience
* Experience managing client requirements and small teams.
* Excellent analytical skills and business presentation skills.
* Experience working in an Agile project environment.
* Experience gathering and documenting client requirements.
* Strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in creating user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
* Keeping abreast of new features and functionalities within ServiceNow related HRSD and suggesting ways to leverage them to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Builds positive relationships with external clients by providing excellent service/support and consistent communication as appropriate
* Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, to effectively manage tasks and timelines
* Demonstrated ability to understand and apply complex business rules in technical configurations
Language: French + English
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Any HR related ServiceNow Certifications
* ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
3 plus years process consulting in ITSM, ITBM or equivalent
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and define business requirements for ServiceNow HRSD solutions
* Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable user stories or functional specifications
ServiceNow HRSD Configuration and Implementation:
* Support the configuration and customization of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Document Management, and Onboarding/Offboarding.
* Collaborate with the development and technical teams to ensure proper integration of HRSD modules with other ServiceNow applications.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to optimize HRSD workflows.
* Assist in the design and implementation of process automation solutions within the HRSD platform.
* Stakeholder Management and Communication:
* Act as the liaison between the HR and IT departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
* Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to track progress, gather feedback, and ensure that requirements are being met.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
* Assist in the creation of test plans, and test cases, and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
* Ensure that ServiceNow HRSD solutions meet the defined business requirements and quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
* Design and implement scalable HRSD solutions, including development of user stories, process flows, and system architecture documentation.
* Document business processes, workflows, and user guides.
* Maintain clear and detailed documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.
