Job Description

Are you passionate about team challenges and committed to customer health? Join us! Our Générale d'Optique store aims to strengthen its team with a sales advisor (H/F) on a permanent contract. At Générale d'Optique, we prioritize your work-life balance. You will work 4 days a week, at least half the year. Your daily responsibilities as a sales advisor will include:

1. Assisted sales: welcoming customers, listening to their needs, providing style advice, helping choose frames.
2. Optical advice: selecting lenses, treatments, contact lenses, digital measurements, adjustments.
3. Merchandising, third-party billing, all aimed at satisfying and retaining customers.

You will benefit from personalized onboarding and training in the optical field. Opportunities for career advancement include becoming an optical expert, manager, franchisee, or transitioning to head office roles. Your salary will range from €1850 gross per month to €2000 gross, depending on your profile, with a variable component about 15% of the annual fixed salary. Additional benefits include meal vouchers, health insurance, and transportation reimbursement.
