Product manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketplace team and take a leading role in shaping our digital platform. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution of one of our key business units, working closely with a cross-functional squad of developers, designers, and stakeholders.


What You’ll Do

* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery to delivery and iteration.
* Be the go-to person for your product area, deeply understanding user and business needs.
* Prioritize the product backlog and define the product roadmap in collaboration with tech and business stakeholders.
* Lead user research and gather feedback from both qualitative and quantitative sources.
* Translate insights into clear product specs, wireframes, and documentation.
* Partner with the development team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
* Coordinate product releases and support go-live processes.
* Ensure alignment between your squad and the business goals of the units you support.


What You Bring

* Proven experience in digital products (web apps, SaaS, or similar).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to identify and prioritize user needs.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams or product squads.
* Good understanding of UX/UI design principles and user research techniques.
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum + Kanban).
* Proactive mindset, always willing to help others and solve cross-team challenges.


Bonus Points

* Background in software development or technical knowledge.
* Experience in automotive, startups, or marketplaces.
* Familiarity with Lean methodology and Kaizen philosophy.
* Fluency in French and English.
