Your Role And Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery and execution of Plant Optimization solutions, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction
* Support the implementation and operational phase of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real-Time Optimization (RTO) solutions
* Conduct site surveys, optimization benefit assessments, and support sales teams with technical expertise
* Manage multiple parallel projects, coordinating execution teams and ensuring alignment with customer expectations
* Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior engineers and new team members
* Act as a key interface between R&D, Sales, Operations, and Execution teams to drive solution success
* Support product troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams to resolve engineering or software issues
* Travel internationally to customer sites for commissioning, installation, and project execution

Qualifications For The Role

* Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field
* 10+ years of experience in customer project execution within Oil, Gas, Refining, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industries
* Expertise in APC, RTO, and energy/process optimization software solutions
* Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for customers
* Proven experience managing multi-project execution and stakeholder engagement
* Effective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
* Willingness to travel internationally for project support and execution
