Job Title: Overseas Sales Representative (Europe Region-prefer France UK Germany Italy)

Reports To: Global Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Must be located within Europe)
Responsibilities:
Partner and Agent Development:
* Develop, expand, and maintain new partners and agents within the Europe region, building and maintaining long-term, stable cooperative relationships.
* Conduct market research to identify potential partners and agents, and develop and execute expansion plans.
* Negotiate business terms with partners and agents, sign cooperation agreements, and ensure the fulfillment of contract terms.
* Provide product training, marketing support, and sales tools to partners and agents to help them successfully promote and sell company products.
* Regularly visit partners and agents to understand their needs and feedback, and promptly resolve issues.
Project Sales:
* Responsible for sales of specific projects within the Europe region, achieving sales targets.
* Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and prepare quotations and contracts.
* Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Track project progress, promptly resolve issues that arise during the project, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Other:
* Collect market information and competitor dynamics, and provide timely feedback to the company.
* Attend industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance the company's brand awareness.
* Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business English, or related fields.
* Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the power industry, with experience in the European market preferred.
* Proven experience in senior customer management.
* Skills:
* Familiarity and experience with full suite of products and services (including software and hardware products).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Proficient in using CRM systems to process project contracts and manage customer information.
* Other:
* Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
* Candidates must already possess a valid work permit allowing them to work for CET in Europe.
