Votre quotidien consistera à : Créer les revêtements de demain : Concevoir et développer des solutions techniques innovantes pour nos clients aéronautiques Orchestrer l'excellence technique : Piloter les évolutions et coordonner les validations avec nos équipes internes et nos clients Garantir la performance : Assurer la conformité réglementaire, maîtriser les coûts et dépasser les attentes clients Collaborer à l'international : Travailler avec nos laboratoires dans le monde entier et appliquer nos méthodologies Six Sigma Concrétiser vos innovations : Accompagner vos produits jusqu'à leur mise sur le marché Contribuer à un avenir durable : Participer aux initiatives EHS et d'amélioration continue Gestion de projet Vous intervenez du cadrage à la livraison : Pilotage simultané de plusieurs projets. Validation du périmètre avec les équipes internes, les sites de production et les clients. Suivi des plannings, budgets, livrables et identification des risques. Conduite d’analyses DFMEA et proposition de plans d’atténuation. Profil recherché Diplôme Bac5 en chimie ou science des matériaux. Une expérience en développement de peintures, revêtements ou adhésifs (idéalement 5 ans). Connaissance du secteur aéronautique appréciée. Autonomie, capacité d’innovation et aisance dans un environnement international. Bilingue français–anglais, avec de bonnes compétences de communication.
