Associate Partner

This is a full-time on-site role located in Paris. The Associate Partner is an intermediate role between Project lead and Partner, and hence has two major roles:


1. Leading our client’s engagements: driving the team for success, leading the problem solving, and growing the team. The Associate Partners works typically on two projects and manages a team of 1-2 consultants on each project.

2. Developing DWDG clients’ base and expertise: identify new leads, develop senior relationship, lead response to tender, build DWDG’expertise and eventually grow DWDG’s business.


Most of our projects cover the following topics: energy transition, transport, circular economy, climate, Africa growth...


The Associate Partner will also contribute to the various training programmes that Do Well Do Good runs in Europe, Africa and across the world.


Depending on seniority and performance, we would expect a transition to partner within 12-18 months.


Profile

Requirements:

* 4-8 years of experience in tier 1 management consulting firms
* 10-15 years of working experience
* Skills: Problem Solving, Communication, management, client relationship
* Fluency in English and French

Nice-to-haves:

* Master degree in Engineering is a plus
* Sector expertise: energy, sustainable mobility, circular economy, climate
