Mission Et Description De Tâches

Dans le cadre du développement de notre département « Flexible, Umbilical and Control », nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Subsea Umbilical System F/H.

Rattaché(e) au responsable du département « Flexible, Umbilical and Control », vous êtes en charge de :


* La réalisation d’études de marché, études client, avant-projets (veille technique, qualification fournisseur, analyse du besoin marché, analyse comparative pour le support au chiffrage) ;
* Le support au développement technologique (support aux autres entités du groupe Saipem, notamment R&D) ;
* La réalisation des appels d’offre en coordination avec l’acheteur (émission de la documentation technique – spécification/réquisition/évaluation et recommandation technique) ;
* Le suivi de projet en exécution (avec notamment la revue de la documentation fournisseur, suivi de fabrication, test de qualification, test usine, le support à l’ingénierie de precommissionning, aux méthodes d’installation offshore, le support opérationnel à la réalisation des tests d’intégration et aux opérations offshore).

Profil

* Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénierie, vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste équivalent ;
* Vous êtes doté(e) d’une expérience sur les thématiques ombilical et flexible ;
* Autonomie et communication vous permettent d’aborder ce poste à fort contenu technique, dans le but de vous investir, à terme, dans un rôle de référent technique ;
* Enfin, votre sens du relationnel et votre réactivité vous permettent d’évoluer sereinement au sein d’un environnement multiculturel et international. La maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral) est donc indispensable.
* Une mobilité géographique totale est nécessaire dans le cadre de missions ou d’expatriation.

Mission and tasks

As part of the development of our “Flexible, umbilical and Control Department (UMBC)”, we are looking for an Umbilical Engineer.

You will join an international team of around ten people and will be part of a project team.

Your missions will cover BIDs and project execution.

You Will Report Functionally To The Head Of The Umbilical And Flexible Department And Your Main Tasks Will Be As Follows

* Performing market studies, customer studies, preliminary projects (technical monitoring, supplier qualification, market needs analysis, comparative analysis for costing support)
* Support to technological development (support to other entities of the Saipem group, in particular R&D)
* Performing calls for tenders in coordination with the buyer (issuance of technical documentation – specification/requisition/evaluation and technical recommendation) including also clarification process with suppliers and client
* Project follow up during execution phase from Purchase order to delivery (including review of supplier technical documentation, follow up of manufacturing, qualification test, factory acceptance tests, support to precommissioning engineering, to installation methods, operational support for integration testing and offshore operations).
* The return of experience from projects

Profile

* With an engineering degree (general mechanics, strength of materials, mechanical engineering), you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
* You have experience in umbilical and/or flexible pipe design
* Autonomy and communication allow you to approach this position with high technical content, with the aim of investing, ultimately, in a role of technical referent
* You have strong interpersonal skills, you are flexible and reliable, and you can work well in a team. Fluency in English is essential.
* A total geographic mobility is necessary as part of missions or expatriation
* If you have excellent mechanical skills complemented by technical knowledge in electricity, instrumentation, R&D, etc. Do not hesitate to submit your application to us
