Cdd - designer imageurs cmos h/f

Au sein de notre laboratoire d’Imagerie sur Silicium (LIS) composée d'une trentaine de personnes, en tant que designeur pour imageurs CMOS, votre rôle consistera à :

- Innover : définir et dimensionner des pixels à hautes performances pour imageur CMOS

- Concevoir des pixels optimisés en relation avec la technologie et définir les conditions de mise en œuvre du point de vue chronogrammes et tensions appliquées. Une fois les circuits réceptionnés, vous serez enfin associé(e) à la validation et au debugge de ces derniers sur les bancs de caractérisation électrooptique. Vous pourrez pour cela vous appuyer sur des ingénieurs en caractérisation expérimentés.

- Participer au design des circuits de commande et de lecture en faisant l’interface avec le pixel et le gain de performance ou de fonctionnalité correspondant

- Analyser les performances des circuits et pixels définis et rédiger des rapports techniques

Within our Silicon Imaging (LIS) laboratory made up of around thirty people, as a Design Expert for CMOS imagers, your role will consist of:

- Innovate: define innovative high-performance pixels for CMOS imagers

- Design optimized pixels in relation to technology and define the timing diagrams and applied voltages. Once the circuits have been received, you will finally be associated with their validation and debugging on the electro-optical characterization benches. To do this, you can rely on experienced characterization engineers.

- Participate in the design of control and reading circuits by interfacing with the pixel and the corresponding performance or functionality gain

- Analyze the performance of defined circuits and pixels and write technical reports
