What We Offer

In a context of strong growth, the company BBL Transport, a fully owned subsidiary of Groupe BBL, is expanding and creating the position of Operational Performance Controller.

Reporting to the Financial and Administrative Manager, your responsibilities will include evaluating, measuring, and analyzing the profitability of activities and proposing necessary actions to improve economic performance, with decision-makers (CEO, Directors/Managers of Agencies-Services).

Your Missions Include:

* Develop productivity indicators for all activities (Operations, Commercial, Customs, etc.) to guide managers (daily, weekly, monthly).
* Monitor client profitability: implement profitability analysis frameworks and re-pricing recommendations.
* Create analytical reports on operational elements and their evolution.
* Establish procedures for optimizing and managing financial information flows.
* Identify risks and determine corrective measures.
* Develop and monitor budgets.
* Educate responsible parties on trends and advise them effectively for operational management decisions.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Technical Skills:

* Higher education, Bac +5, in finance specialization.
* At least 3 years of experience in management control.
* Proficiency in office and communication tools.
* Ability to build and share controlling support/tools.
* Knowledge of transportation regulations.
* Expert-level Excel and VBA skills.
* Knowledge of PowerBI.
* Professional English skills.
