Au sein des équipes RH de Louis Vuitton Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), vous occupez un poste polyvalent.
Vous êtes le point de contact des équipes RH Pays et des Magasins pour vous assurer de la préparation et du bon déroulement de séminaires ou formations destinés aux collaborateurs de nos magasins européens. Vous apportez un support sur l’organisation de ces formations de développement managérial, à distance ou en présentiel.
Vous participez activement à l’animation et au suivi des outils et programmes de développement mis en place pour les collaborateurs, mais aussi à l’animation de la communauté RH EMEA.
Vous contribuerez à la conception, l’animation de projets, notamment notre programme de mentoring.
Dans un contexte très dynamique, votre agilité sera clé pour vous adapter aux missions qui pourraient évoluer tout au long de votre expérience chez Louis Vuitton.
Within the HR teams of Louis Vuitton Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), you will hold a versatile position.
You will be the point of contact for the 9 Regions’ HR teams to ensure the registration, preparation and smooth running of seminars and training sessions proposed in the EMEA Learning and Development offer. You will provide support for the logistics, organization and recording in LMS of these managerial development training sessions and programs, whether remote or face-to-face.
You will actively participate in the animation and follow-up of the development tools and programs set up for the employees, but also in the animation of the EMEA HR community.
You will contribute to the design and animation of projects, notably Missions and Mobilities coordination, creation of new Development programs and Career paths.
In a very dynamic context, your agility will be key to adapting to the missions that could evolve throughout your experience at Louis Vuitton.
