What you’ll do

* Lead recruitment efforts for our Sales & Operations teams and spearhead Campus France initiatives.
* Lead and coach a team of recruiters focused on attracting top talents to support the organization’s mission.
* Develop and oversee recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Lead high-level stakeholder management, partnering with sales and operations leadership.
* Craft compelling attraction strategies for Campus France while implementing efficient high-volume hiring operations and managing internship/apprentice programs.
* Drive recruitment operational excellence by implementing and optimizing AI-powered tools and innovative processes.
* Establish and maintain best practices for candidate experience and employer branding.
* Hire senior and critical Sales & Operations profiles in France with end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles.


Who You Are

* You have at least 8+ years of recruitment experience with proven team management expertise, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* You have successfully managed high-volume recruitment operations with high standards in assessment and candidate experience
* You have exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
* You are strategically minded with ability to use data points to make informed decisions, plus a user-centric approach
* Full proficiency in French and English


It would be fantastic if

* You have experience in campus recruiting, university partnerships, or early career talent development programs
* You are AI-native with curiosity about AI transformation and enthusiasm for new recruitment technologies
