About the department
The main responsibilities for IFP P&O Chartres is Learning and Development, HR operation and Social Relations in link with Global P&O of Ask HR and Talent acquisition Team.
You will be heading up a department driving development of our culture throughout the site.
Therefore, engagement and communication with all levels of employees from CVP to operational teams is a key part of the job. We want to be an attractive place to work where engagement and development of people are key.
You will assume a key role in leading, developing and shaping the P&O strategy on site but also preparing the future by ensuring the development of people on site and the development of the site organisation. You will be part of IFP P&O organisation and respond to IFP P&O Head. As a P&O Director on site you will be the HR Partner of the site CVP and management team to support site strategy.
Moreover, you will:

Define and manage the P&O strategy on site including the negotiation approach with unions representatives

Run the P&O processes on site in accordance with IFP Business partnering approach

Establish and deploy the training strategy on site

Support the site on organizational development, manning needs definition and follow up

Development of a continuous improvement mindset on site in link with strategy

Ensure the support of all the employees on site through HRP team
In your role, you will be a member of IFP CH management team. In this management group you will have an important role in driving prioritisation, strategies and setting direction across site. You will as well be in an international group of peers from similar site.
Profil recherché
Qualifications
You are an experienced manager, able to lead through other leaders as well as coaching and motivating your own associate managers and specialists to deliver their best. You hold a Master degree in HR and substantial experience related to HR management. You have a solid knowledge on French Legal environment, unions relation and HR management. We also require fluent communication skills in English (verbally and in writing), French language skill will be an advantage.
