As part of the Digital Accelerator Data team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building intelligent, scalable data solutions that transform how we engage with healthcare providers and patients worldwide.

Your Impact

* Design, build, and maintain high-performance data pipelines to support mission-critical analytics.
* Optimize and implement data models using DBT and Snowflake for scalable, real-time insights.
* Ensure data quality and governance, working closely with Data Scientists and Analysts.

Requirements

* Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integration.
* Experience in DBT and Snowflake, optimizing data transformations and warehousing.
* Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services or Microsoft Azure or GCP.
* Solid understanding of SQL, CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Terraform), and data security best practices.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive impact.

Your Background

* 3-4 years of experience as a Data Engineer in a high-performing data team.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
* Healthcare industry experience? A huge plus!
