NEMEA is seeking its future Responsable de Résidence (F/H) for its residence Le Hameau de Balestas located in Germ (65). In collaboration with the operations department, you will manage a tourist residence comprising 97 units. Your responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing and organizing arrivals and departures, handling cash operations, and ensuring adherence to NEMEA procedures. You will supervise the housekeeping and technical teams and ensure compliance with regulations (hygiene and safety rules, electrical installations, pool, sauna, etc.).

You will be the guarantor of service quality and customer satisfaction, with significant experience as a Tourism Accommodation Manager (residence, village club, campsite, hotel, hotel bureau, etc.).

This is a full-time CDI position.
