We specialize in designing furniture and home decor but also offer a range of fashion items to bring the French lifestyle to customer homes.
Within its Northern Europe Hub (Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and international development), La Redoute is looking for a Growth & Performance Manager to accelerate its global digital acquisition performance and support brand growth.
Reporting to the E-commerce Director, the Growth & Performance Manager is a key growth leader, responsible for transforming marketing investments into scalable and profitable business performance.
Your main missions:
1. Traffic Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Define and execute the global acquisition strategy across all channels (SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate)
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth levers per market
- Build a clear strategic roadmap and long-term traffic vision
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate changes
- Lead and challenge agencies to ensure best-in-class strategic and operational execution
- Foster a test & learn culture to continuously unlock new growth opportunities
2. Performance & Budget Ownership
- Own and optimize budget allocation across channels based on ROAS and growth objectives
- Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs (Traffic, GMV, iROAS / iCPA, Conversion rate, CPC)
- Drive continuous optimization to maximize ROI, efficiency, and scalability
- Implement structured budget governance and performance tracking at global and local levels
- Own end-to-end traffic performance and accountability on acquisition efficiency
3. Team Leadership & Organization
- Build, structure, and lead the Traffic team (Search & Media Performance)
- Define roles, responsibilities, and scalable ways of working
- Coach and develop team members to reach high performance standards
- Drive a data-driven and performance-oriented culture
- Ensure excellence in both strategy definition and operational execution
4. Processes, Tools & Data Governance
- Design, standardize, automate processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Ensure consistency and scalability across markets and teams
- Strengthen tracking, analytics, and reporting capabilities
5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Partner Management
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, data, CRM, brand and content teams
- Align acquisition strategies with broader business and commercial objectives
- Manage and optimize external partners and agencies
- Communicate clearly on performance, strategic decisions, and roadmap
- Translate traffic needs into high-performing creative and content requirements
