In this context, the Rome branch is currently seeking a Junior Legal Specialist to support its operations and manage transactions and relationships with Italian public-sector institutions, including handling complex disputes.
This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Italian law, in a dynamic environment, while collaborating with a highly motivated and professional team.
This position is based in Rome and is a one-year fixed-term contract. Depending on performance and opportunities within the entity, a permanent contract may be considered at the end of the initial term.

About the role :
As a Junior Legal Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Rome branch's legal operations. Your main responsabilities will include :
- Supporting the local legal counsel by :
Managing complex disputes involving the Italian and UK judicial authorities ;
Assessing the legal impacts of the activities carried out by the branch's activities.
- Providing internal reporting on status of disputes.

- Preparing supporting documentation for the branch's decision-making bodies and central bodies withing the branch's scope.

- Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all legal acts related to the branch's activities, both in substance and form.
