The Opportunity:

Mattel france recherche actuellement un.e Alternant.e passionné.e pour son bureau de Bagneux (92), désireux d'apprendre et de se développer dans un environnement multinational et stimulant.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Vous apporterez votre soutien à l'équipe Marketing locale :

* Participation au déploiement de la stratégie marketing (plan média et/ou promo)
* Analyse du marché des jouets et de la concurrence et suivi des ventes
* Collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales locales
* Gestion des informations sur les produits dans les bases de données Mattel.
* Support dans le déploiement des plans d’activation et d’événements en fonctionnement de l'actualités des marques (anniversaire, lancement de marque, évènement RP, lancement de film ... )

Qualifications


What We’re Looking For:

* Master’s degree, in Marketing or related fields.
* Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments is a plus.
* Fluent in French + proficiency in English.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project).
* Analysis skills.
* Learning agility & creativity skills.
* Organizational skills & attention to detail.
* Curiosity and eager to challenge the status quo.
* Team player.
* Multicultural mindset & respectful.
