Au quotidien, vos missions principales sont les suivantes : 1. Refonte du site SharePoint Otis Gien Neuf Analyse de l'existant et propositions d'amélioration. Reprise de l'architecture, du design et des contenus. Mise en place d'une navigation claire et intuitive pour les équipes internes et externes 2. Uniformisation des supports de communication client Garantir une image cohérente et professionnelle à chaque point de contact. Harmonisation des SEB, emails et modèles de communication. Mise en forme et standardisation des présentations produits. Standardisation des Early Notifications. 3. Mise à jour des Ordering Forms OCC Vérification et correction des données. Mise à jour des documents pour garantir conformité, clarté et facilité d'usage. Harmoniser les formats des formulaires de commande. 4. Revue du processus de commande des échantillons Analyse du workflow actuel. Mise à jour des supports associés. Simplification et fiabilisation du processus pour réduire délais et erreurs. 5. Revue du questionnaire MFA et optimisation du process satisfaction client Analyse du formulaire MFA existant et propositions d'amélioration. Mise en cohérence du process Gien associé. Contribution active à l'amélioration de la satisfaction client. 6. Promotion des déviations Création ou amélioration des supports de communication dédiés. Mise en avant des bénéfices et impacts pour les équipes internes. 7. Refonte du support "Sales Tool Store" Simplification, modernisation visuelle et enrichissement du contenu. Amélioration de l'ergonomie pour faciliter l'accès aux ressources commerciales.
