Base pay range

Le groupe 3F gère près de 305 000 logements sociaux, foyers d'hébergements et commerces sur toute la France. Depuis la construction, la gestion et l'entretien du patrimoine, en passant par le renouvellement urbain, le développement et la vente, nous agissons au plus près des préoccupations des territoires.

Rattaché(e) à la Gérante, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Accueil de la clientèle
- Renseigner les visiteurs et
les correspondants téléphoniques
- Analyser les demandes
formulées et orienter vers le bon interlocuteur
- Assurer un rôle de relais
dans le suivi des dossiers, auprès d'autres services de l'agence
- Assurer la saisie des
demandes administratives et techniques des clients

Formation : Bac Pro Accueil et Relation clients usagers ou équivalent (Expérience similaire souhaitée dans l'accueil)
· Informatique : Maîtrise du pack office
· Compétences techniques attendues : Relationnel diversifié, autonomie, aisance relationnelle

Disponible du 07 juillet au 14 août inclus
