Alternance chargé de missions qualité h/f

La sucrerie de Connantre emploient 160 permanents, auxquels viennent prêter main forte 90 saisonniers en période de campagne.

L'équipe Qualité/Laboratoire est composée de 5 personnes : la responsable qualité, le responsable laboratoire, l'animatrice qualité ainsi que deux chimistes. Pendant les campagnes arrivent en complément plusieurs laborantins F/H.

Vos missions :

Vous viendrez en support de l'animatrice qualité dans l'intégralité de ses missions.

Au quotidien :
- Manager les audits terrain interne : suivi et accompagnement
- Gérer les non-conformités fournisseurs
- Tenir à jour la documentation qualité, notamment autour de l'HACCP
- Veillez au bon déroulement des tâches quotidiennes Who are we?

Contract : Pro contract and apprenticeship

Position location : Sucrerie, Fère-Champenoise, Marne, 51320, FRA

The Connantre sugar refinery employs 160 permanent staff, to whom 90 seasonal workers come to lend a hand during the campaign period.

The Quality/Laboratory team is made up of 5 people : the quality manager, the laboratory manager, the quality coordinator and two chemists. During the campaigns, several F/M laboratory technicians arrive in addition.

Your missions :

You will support the quality coordinator in all of her missions.

On a daily basis :

Manage internal field audits : follow-up and support
Manage supplier non-conformities
Maintain quality documentation, particularly around HACCP
Keep daily tasks running smoothly

Your profil :

You are currently in training Bac +3 to Bac +5 in the field of quality, agronomy, industrial engineering or equivalent.

You are currently looking for a work-study program to complete your training from September 2025.

You like to work in a team and are curious. You know how to use a good analytical mind and are rigorous in the application of procedures and standards.

The B license is strongly recommended.
