LinkedIn : http:///company/credit-agricole-cib/ Within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department of Global IT (GIT) which manages the information system for capital markets activities (pre-trade, post-trade, risks), the Repo & Secured Funding (RSF) Filière covers application support, maintenance and developments of the application information system. As a Senior Lead Developer C# RSF, you ensure the consistency of technological environments, and their proper integration with all the building blocks of the information system in accordance with the bank's security policy. The applications concerned are Thor and OT interconnected with the PnL and risk calculation systems (Pricing Service) Functionally, this involves supporting the trading teams in the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones. You encourage initiative and innovation within the team while ensuring compliance with standards and design. You report to the IT Division Manager of the Repo & Secured Funding Filière. Support the functional resources made available in achieving their objectives · Create an environment of trust that promotes open communication, innovation and the right to make mistakes · Establish a framework that promotes autonomy, creativity, risk-taking and continuous improvement · Support the skills development of new arrivals and junior resources · Participate in the review of functional specifications Guarantee the functional quality as well as the maintainability of the applications developed · Promote continuous improvement of our software based on agility, Software Craftsmanship and SecDevOps · Promote systematic testing practices (TDD / BDD / DDD)
