Ceva Santé Animale recherche pour son site FILAVIE un(e) Ingénieur(e) Assurance Qualité H/F. Le poste à pourvoir en CDI, à partir du 1er décembre 2025, est basé à Sèvremoine (entre Cholet et Nantes).
Au sein du département Qualité, vous assurez la qualité des produits dans le respect des référentiels BPF, GMP et du code de la Santé Publique en lien avec les autres services, et vous réalisez la libération des produits fabriqués sur le campus.

Vos missions :
- Vous assurez le suivi du système d'assurance de la qualité depuis la réception des matières premières jusqu'à la distribution des produits finis.
- Vous suivez et traitez les déviations, les résultats hors spécifications et les réclamations des clients, les investigations associées, ainsi que la mise en place des actions correctives et des plans d'amélioration.
- Vous contribuez à la constitution des dossiers de lot et la vérification de leur conformité en vue de leur libération interne et auprès des autorités compétentes.
- Vous pilotez certains processus qualité et groupes de travail qualité (résolution de problèmes, projets qualité).
- Vous assurez le suivi des Changes Controls.
- Vous participez aux processus Qualité de l'entreprise et aux différents projets qualité :
Documentation : procédures, instructions
Validations
Conformité BPF et cGMP des locaux
Formation du personnel
Audits externes et internes
Agréments des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants.

missions :

Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F) for its FILAVIE site.
This permanent position (CDI), starting on December 1st, 2025, is based in Sèvremoine (between Cholet and Nantes).

As part of the Quality Department, you will ensure product quality in compliance with GMP standards, in collaboration with other departments. You will also be responsible for the release of products manufactured on campus.

Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the monitoring of the quality assurance system from the receipt of raw materials to the distribution of finished products.
- Manage and process deviations, out-of-specification results, and customer complaints, including related investigations and the - - implementation of corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Contribute to the preparation of batch records and verify their compliance for internal release and submission to competent authorities.
- Lead certain quality processes and quality working groups (problem-solving, quality projects).
- Oversee Change Controls.
- Participate in the company's Quality processes and various quality-related projects, including:
Documentation: procedures, work instructions
Validations
GMP and cGMP compliance of facilities
Staff training
Internal and external audits
Supplier and subcontractor approvals

Your
profile :

You hold a Bac +4/+5 degree (Engineering or Master's level) in Pharmaceutical Biology, Biotechnology, Industrial Bioproduction, or Health Products.

You have 6 months to 2 years of experience, along with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP, cGMP, BPD) and biotechnology processes.

You possess strong writing and interpersonal skills.

You are rigorous, well-organized, proactive, and a team player.
