You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

* Have held a Head of Growth/Marketing, VP Growth/Marketing or CMO role at a B2C startup
* Are a systems thinker who naturally operates in frameworks and growth loops
* Rely on a data‑centric approach, with mastery of CAC/LTV/payback logic and experience managing million euro annual marketing budgets
* Bring broad marketing expertise across brand, performance, CRM, content, organic, and paid acquisition
* Scaled at least one acquisition channel from zero to millions of users
* Bring strong strategic thinking, but are still hands‑on and know how to get things done
* Know how to recruit and inspire top talent – and love building winning team
* Collaborate seamlessly across product, design, data, and content
* Are energized by ambiguity, failure, and scaling a business from the ground up

* Experience in fintech
