Position Context: Reporting to a dynamic agency, you will promote offerings from two divisions: Infrastructure & Support and Cloud & Managed Services. Your activities include establishing client and partner relationships, developing a client portfolio, creating commercial proposals, ensuring project delivery within deadlines, costs, and margins, and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also report to your manager and work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain client and prospect relationships
* Collaborate with partners (manufacturers, publishers, prescribers)
* Expand the client portfolio
* Create and present commercial proposals
* Ensure project deadlines, costs, and margins are respected
* Guarantee customer satisfaction and retention
* Report regularly to your supervisor
* Work effectively within a team and contribute to knowledge bases
Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services and equipment sales (LAN, WiFi, EDR, XDR, NDR, WAF, etc.), with knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity, and familiarity with the Paris region's economic landscape.
