The ServiceNow Product Owner will BE responsible for the release management and communication with stakeholders. This includes overseeing the implementation and usage of the platform by all employees, as well as ensuring its seamless integration with ITSM processes such as change, incident, problem, request, and knowledge management. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in defining the roadmap, planning releases, communicating with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and prioritizing requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Prioritize feature requests based on business value and strategic objectives.
- Plan and coordinate releases in alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Publish Releases notes, Communicate updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders effectively
- Gather feedback from end-users to continuously improve user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new features or enhancements.
- Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
Deliverables :
- A clear roadmap outlining future enhancements and developments for the ServiceNow platform.
- Well-defined requirements documentation that accurately captures stakeholder needs.
- Regularly published release notes, scheduled releases that incorporate new features or improvements based on prioritized requirements.
- Effective communication channels established with stakeholders to keep them informed about platform updates.
