Main responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist the M&S GBU Leader and the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operational plans while monitoring progress on key projects and objectives.
2. Communication and Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate Global M&S SpC Governance to support decision making and information sharing within the organization and facilitate communication between the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives.
3. Project Management: Lead projects to support the execution of the M&S SpC Compelling Business Needs (CBN).
4. Meeting and Event Management: Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and follow-up on action items.
About you
Experience: Experience in Industry; experience working in a manufacturing site is a plus.

Engineering or Science Degree or relevant pharma experience.
